About the founder
NATALIYA R. NAWAZ is a Bulgarian-born author and coach, a New Yorker at heart, currently residing in the midwest with her husband and their three children.
Nataliya is a successful published author, certified fitness and nutrition coach, publisher, editor, and bodybuilder.
After receiving her second master’s degree in Information Science Education, she earned the Reid Hemphill Award for her scholarly research on intellectual freedom, published in 2017 at the University of Central Missouri. This publication became a stepping stone for her further research and publications in the field of chronic illness.
Nataliya discovered the empowering effects of anti-inflammatory sports nutrition and strength training shortly after completing chemotherapy to treat a rare tumor. She is also a fourfold autoimmune disease fighter.
Following years of extensive research, distinct lifestyle changes, and a relentless personal experiment, Nataliya reached full disease remission, which prompted her to write the NOVA REGIMEN, a program for individuals with chronic illness and autoimmune disease.
Today, countless autoimmune disease fighters and everyday people from all walks of life reap benefits from the Nova Regimen and enjoy active, full, healthy lives because of it.
As Nataliya continues to study the latest developments in nutrition, strength training, and autoimmune disease research, she has dedicated her life and work to fuel the fight for improved quality of life for the millions of people who suffer from chronic illness and autoimmunity.
“The question is not how to get cured, but how to live.”
